Spring migration is soon upon us! In May, join folks from the Northeastern Minnesota Bird Alliance each Tuesday at the Park Point Recreation area and Thursdays at the Waabizheshikana Trail to look for birds. Expect some uneven terrain and beach walking. Please message any accommodations requests. Come and go as you need to. Bring your own binoculars or borrow from us.
Tuesday May 5, 12, 19, 26 at Park Point Recreational Area
Meet in the main parking lot by the ball field at 7 AM. Getting “bridged” on the way is common, so do not worry if you run late.
Thursday May 7, 14, 21, 28 at the Waabizheshikana Trail
Meet in the parking lot behind the Munger Inn at 7 AM.
